Dr. Crenshaw is a 32 year veteran of education. She has been a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Human Resource Director, School Superintendent, Education Radio Talk Show Host, and currently Executive Director of M.K., Inc., a non-profit after-school provider.

She and her husband are co-owners of Crenshaw and Crenshaw Educational Consulting Firm. Crenshaw and Crenshaw provides educational support for schools. They provide grant writing services, teacher recruitment and retention services, school intervention support, accreditation (AdvancED) completion, School Leadership mentoring, and Superintendent Searches.

Dr. Crenshaw spends her time away from work writing Christian literature, serving and assisting churches with missionary work and supporting the growth and development of the faith-based community. She has been a Sunday School Teacher, Bible School Director, Youth Christian Camp Director, YWA President, Association Youth Director and Advisor, and South Carolina State Baptist Convention Youth Director. Currently she is the 3rd Vice President of the Woman’s Baptist Educational and Missionary Convention of South Carolina.
